Below is a summary of our online application process. The entire process is done online through FACTS, a website dedicated to school admissions and tuition management. Admissions & EnrollmentParent/Guardian completes the online Application (and financial aid application if applicable) and includes the $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Applications for tuition assistance are due within 10 days of the application submission date. Click here to start. As part of the online application, we require a teacher recommendation and current school records. These are due within 10 days of the application submission date. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, but applicants are encouraged to apply by the end of December, as space is limited.
Once a complete application is received, including a teacher recommendation, KJDS will contact the applicant to schedule a student visit.
Notification of admissions decisions and enrollment contracts will be sent 4–6 weeks (or earlier if possible) after step 2.
Parent/Guardian returns the online enrollment contract and tuition deposit fee of $500 via FACTS. The due date for enrollment contract and tuition deposit is 3 weeks after notification of acceptance.
